Quimica Liposoluble is widely recognized in the lubricant industry, where it has established technical and commercial relationships with some of the major participants in the industry.

Various sulfonates such as calcium, barium, and sodium are functional additives that provide the necessary properties to lubricants, mainly as cleaning/dispersing agents, acid neutralizers, rust inhibitors, oxidation/corrosion inhibitors, and oiliness agents. Some products are also used as thickeners in grease production. Other applications include engine oils, detergents, textiles, leather products, and ore dressing.
